Account Details

Q: Who can see details about my account, such as my address and from where I last logged in?

A: Any information listed in the "Private Details" section of your account details is only visible to you. The only exception is when you enter into a swap with another user, when your postal address is then made visible to the user in question.

Ratings

Q: Why do my rating details show fewer swaps than I have entered into?

A: A completed swap is only added to the number of swaps you have completed once you have chosen to mark it as "Complete" from the "Current Swaps" list. Ratings are updated every 60 minutes.

Miscellaneous

Q: Why do some of my bookmarks point to deleted items, forums, categories, threads or users?

A: Rather than automatically delete bookmarks that point to deleted items and potentially confuse users who remembered having bookmarks that are suddenly missing, we have decided to leave bookmarks to deleted items intact and indicate that they have been deleted. The downside is that you will have to remove the bookmarks yourself, but you won't be confused about bookmarks disappearing with no explanation.
